A key player in skill development, Academy VINCI Energies in France offers a comprehensive range of training options: in-person, remote, e-learning, interactive resources, and personalized pathways. The VINCI Energies Academy in France combines internal and external experts to provide innovative pedagogy tailored to the specific needs of each profession.
Margot Miath, Training Project Manager and Quality Manager at the VINCI Energies Academy in France, shares her experience with our training evaluation solution.
Why we chose a new solution ?
Before implementing the new evaluation solution, we used another evaluation tool that allowed us to send our evaluation and satisfaction questionnaires and analyze the responses. The trigger for launching our call for tenders was the inability to continue our license with the old evaluation tool, which now required joint use with the TMS offered by the solution. However, we already have an internally developed TMS.
Automation and efficiency: immediate benefits
Since the implementation of the evaluation solution and particularly since integrating the API with our TMS, we have been able to fully automate the sending of our questionnaires to various stakeholders, both for questionnaire completion and for sharing summary reports. This time-saving on the administrative side can now be allocated to more detailed and qualitative analysis of our feedback.
A strengthened continuous improvement approach
Our main goal is to enter into a real continuous improvement process to better consider feedback from our stakeholders to guide our work and the evolution of our training offer. In this context, the time saved by the tool combined with the ease of reading the results has allowed us to propose new internal improvement areas and be more responsive in case of issues during the organization of our training sessions.
Exemplary support
In a word, it’s automation serving our continuous improvement approach. We received excellent support from our project contacts, who were able to answer our questions and guide us on best practices.
