Choosing our solution

This need arose for us, as it does for many companies that manage training programs, particularly when dealing with publicly funded training. The volume of documents to process and the management required to secure funding for the training was a significant challenge. The high volume of training also drove our need for a platform to optimize this process. This led us to contact SoWeSign to support us in the implementation of digitalization.

The SoWeSign-Cornerstone integration: benefits for managing FUNDAE data 

Looking back and comparing our situation to eight months ago, SoWeSign has first and foremost brought us efficiency. It’s a solution that synchronizes and exchanges data with our LMS, Cornerstone. We no longer need to duplicate processes; all data entered into Cornerstone is automatically synchronized with SoWeSign, and vice versa.

Next, SoWeSign brings us a great deal of precision. As you know, the process of securing funding for training is very rigorous and exhaustive, requiring many documents to be signed. This solution is fully compliant with FUNDAE’s legal requirements and has provided us with significant automation by generating all the necessary documentation automatically: attendance sheets, questionnaires, diplomas, certificates. Additionally, it consolidates all documentation by storing it on the SoWeSign platform.

Finally, and most importantly: savings. We’ve not only saved paper, as all the paper bundles required in the process have been reduced to zero, but we’ve also saved time. The time we previously spent processing and checking all this documentation is now reduced to zero, and we are very satisfied with this outcome.
